At Shawn Brock Music LLC, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below, which applies to all items purchased from our store.

48-Hour Trial Period: All instruments come with a 48-hour trial period starting from the date of delivery. In some cases, this period may be extended, but only with prior arrangement and approval from Shawn Brock Music LLC. Contact us to discuss any extension requests.

Return Eligibility:

Full Refunds for Exchanges: Items returned for an exchange toward an item of greater value are eligible for a full refund of the original purchase price.

Other Returns: For returns not involving an exchange for a higher-value item, a refund will be issued minus a 5% credit card processing fee and any applicable shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items: Items discounted below the Manufacturer’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). Consignment items and trade in instruments. Certain accessories, including but not limited to strings, picks, and similar items.

Condition Requirements: All returns must be in their original, unaltered condition as received, with no signs of damage, wear, or modification. Items must include all original packaging, manuals, warranties, and accessories unless otherwise agreed upon.

Return Authorization: A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. To obtain an RA number, contact our customer service team within the 48-hour trial period (or extended period, if approved).Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Charges: Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Process for Returns: Contact Shawn Brock Music LLC to request a return and obtain an RA number. Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange according to the terms above. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Altered Items: Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition upon return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
